Ashley Nocera

Ashley Nocera holds American citizenship and was born under the Leo sign on the 15th of August, 1994. Her profession being a model for fitness is popular. Ashley Nocera hasn't spoken about her family members however she attributes her father for instilling her passion for fitness. The bodybuilder was when he was in his 20s and 30s. Ashley has always been very active. As a young girl of 4 she began to swim and did it for about 10 years. Ashley competed in a variety of events, but she was not dedicated because her body wasn't equipped to adhere to a strict diet. It is believed that she was popular in high school because of her beautiful looks and curvy figure. However, it's not certain if Ashley dated during this period. Ashley decided after she graduated to not go to college and focus instead on her work as model. Ashley was only 15 at the time she was unhappy with her physical appearance. After being encouraged to join the gym by her grandfather Ashley began to work out. But, she heeded the advice of her grandfather and began with a slow pace. Ashley, motivated by her victory at the 2013 WBFF Las Vegas World Championships took seventh place. After this loss, she was motivated by the defeat. she continued her training. After winning fifth place at the 2014 WBFF World Championships, Ashley made the decision to not compete anymore. As she continued to compete in tournaments she was offered a variety of shoots. She didn't want to mix her jobs. After she retired from playing and resigned from the sport, she started working as a fitness model. An acclaimed fitness magazine featured her on its cover, which immediately launched an industry for fitness models. The model has now gained a reputation as a sought-after model. She has posed for numerous bikini companies and internationally renowned companies in the clothing industry.
